Funded Projects

Illustrating Omnium’s dedication to improving the lives of impoverished people around the world, here are some of the major international development projects we have funded:

World Vision

• Drilling of bore holes in Northen Uganda.
• Providing the community of Kitgum with fresh drinking water.

Watoto

• The development of a Watoto orphan home in Uganda currently housing a carer and eight children.

Vision Rescue

• The development of a day care centre called ‘Aasra’ in Mumbai for street children.
• Assistance of child education programs as part of ‘Project Darshan’.
• Helping the organisation’s mobile medical efforts around Mumbai, called ‘Project Jeevaandan’

Fistula Hospital

• Assisting the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia which treats 2,800 women suffering obstetric fistula every year.
