API Trial Access
A company interested in the API services of Omnium, (hereby referred to as “the prospect company”), may request access to the Omnium API (“the service”) after the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed by both parties.
Fees for the Service
Access to the service for the prospect company’s purposes of trialing the services will be free of charge for the initial two weeks for one test account in UAT.
If the prospect company would like to continue access to the API after the initial two weeks to continue their assessment before moving forward with development and the contract agreement for the project, or to add another test account, the company will pay for the access at the fee of $500 per week (plus GST) per account. This week-to-week paid access to the service is only for prospects engaging in advancing MSA negotiations and to cover the parties in the interim.
Terms & Conditions
- The Service is intended for use by individuals. Any multiple calls by another software system for data scraping, stress testing, machine learning, data export or data storage require the written permission of Omnium. This includes calls for the purpose of security scanning and penetration testing.
- If the prospect company fails to respond to communication regarding the MSA discussions, or the invoice for fees is overdue beyond three days. Omnium reserves the right to cut off the prospective company’s access without notice.
- No development or integration work is to be conducted by the prospect company during the trial access or week-to-week paid access without an official MSA signed in force.
- During the trial access and week-to-week paid access, the prospect company has access to email support from Omnium’s development team through support@omnium.com.au. Questions relating to the API specifications and features will be answered, but no development specific support.
- If there are delays to a MSA review and signing, no matter if the delays are caused by Omnium or the prospective company, this does not change the terms or conditions and Omnium may grant trial access extension on a case-to-case basis.
- By accessing the API prior to signing an MSA with Omnium the prospective company agrees to these conditions.
